Resin Loader Instructions

SWT Resin Loaders have been designed to work with Rigid brand or similar type vacuum hose. No gaskets are required for the operation of these resin loaders. Two lengths of 2.275 inch O.D. vacuum hose and a vacuum are all that is required to operate both loaders. (Vacuum hose and vacuum not supplied with loaders.)

NOTE: Inlet hose should never be left unattended while vacuum is in operation.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1.	Place one hose in the inlet side of the loader. (See diagram above.)
2.	Place one hose in the outlet side of the loader. (See diagram above.)
3.	Attach outlet hose to the vacuum side of the vacuum.
4.	Hold end of inlet hose in your hand.
5.	Place the resin loader on the top of the tank.
6.	Switch on vacuum and begin to load resin while moving the inlet hose in a back and forth motion allowing air to be drawn in with the resin.

IMPORTANT WARNINGS!
1. Make sure the hose is not blocked at any time during loading!
2. Do not force the end of the hose into a bag of media!
3. Air needs to be drawn in with the media or your tank may implode!
4. Do not allow unqualified individuals to operate or use the resin loader!
5. Failure to correctly use the resin loader may result in catastrophic tank failure!
