255 SERIES RESIDENTIAL CONTROL VALVES
The efficient valve design decreases the amount of water required for regeneration. The tank adapter permits disconnection from the valve without disturbing the resin bed. A steady stream 3/4-inch port opening provides good softener flow performance. Includes a clear-sight air check for easy brine line troubleshooting.
PERFORMA SERIES RESIDENTIAL/LIGHT COMMERCIAL CONTROL VALVES
The name says it all — Performa means performance. Features large 1-inch ports for high-flow applications. Valve quickly changes from softener to filter application in three easy steps. Designed with fewer service parts than any valve of comparable function for longer life and shorter service calls. Bypass attachment makes maintenance exceptionally fast.
PERFORMA Cv SERIES RESIDENTIAL/LIGHT COMMERCIAL CONTROL VALVES
A non-corrosive, UV-resistant valve with a fiber-reinforced polymer valve body designed for superior strength and durability. Its backwash capabilities accommodate softener tanks up to 21-inch and filter up to 18-inch in diameter. Moreover, a time-tested flapper provides a frictionless sealing for longer service life and the programming, stored in memory, will not be lost due to power outages.

TECH SERIES RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL CONTROL VALVES
Tech Series valves are available on most SWT water treatment systems domestically and internationally. Individual valves (without tank, internals, and media) are only available to international customers. Tech valves are manufactured from composite plastics and are designed to provide high flow rates over a wide range of applications (from single tank to multiple tank configurations). All Tech valves incorporate patented "stack technology" and feature state-of-the-art electronics and programming software.

A100 SERIES STAGER CONTROLLERS

A100 Series Stager Controllers combine an AquaMatic stager with a reliable Autotrol timer, mounted and pre-wired in a NEMA-rated enclosure. Stagers are initiated by timeclock controls. The cycle times are programmable to accommodate a wide range of applications.
E SERIES STAGER CONTROLLERS
E Series Electronic Controls provide sophisticated, demand-based water conditioning by combining a microprocessor with a flow meter to electronically monitor the amount of water used. These controls combine an AquaMatic stager with an Autotrol electronic control, mounted and pre-wired in a NEMA-rated enclosure. Time-based and/or external signal initiation is also available as a standard feature. This fully programmable series of controls provide the ability to fine-tune the operation to meet the application requirements.
NXT SERIES STAGER CONTROLLERS
NXT Series Electronic Controls are easy to use and have the unique ability to fine tune stager operation for almost every application. These commercial stager controllers feature full function programming with the capability to link multiple stagers. Options include 3-way universal solenoid valve preinstalled and auxiliary micro switch cam with signal in service or backwash. NXT controllers are manufactured in the USA of foreign and domestic parts.
48 SERIES STAGERS
The 48 Series body material is brass, the internal gasket is neoprene, and the stem plate is PTFE. These stagers feature 6 control ports with 1/8-inch NPT inlet port, 1/8-inch NPT drain port, and 1/8-inch NPT control port size. Power usage is maximum 4.0 Watts. Maximum working pressure is 125 psi (8.6 bar) and maximum temperature is 150°F (65°C).
51 SERIES STAGERS
The 51 Series body material is brass, the internal gasket is neoprene, and the stem plate is PTFE. These stagers feature 8 control ports with 1/8-inch NPT inlet port, 1/8-inch NPT drain port, and 1/8-inch NPT control port size. Power usage is maximum 4.0 Watts. Maximum working pressure is 125 psi (8.6 bar) and maximum temperature is 150°F (65°C).
58 SERIES STAGERS
The 58 Series body material is PVC, the internal gasket is neoprene, and the stem plate is PTFE. These stagers feature 16 control ports with 1/4-inch NPT inlet port, 1/4-inch NPT drain port, and 1/8-inch NPT control port size. Power usage is maximum 3.5 Watts. Maximum working pressure is 125 psi (8.6 bar) and maximum temperature is 150°F (65°C).
K52 VALVES
The K52 Series is designed to control the flow of de-ionized water, corrosive fluids, caustics, and acids. Line fluid never contacts a corrodible surface. The body and cap are molded of black glass reinforced Noryl thermoplastic resin. The diaphragm is Buna-N and seals are ethylene propylene. Valves are available in 4 body sizes: 1/2-inch, 1-inch, 1-1/2-inch, and 2-1/2-inch. Valves are available with a variety of end connections. Maximum working pressure is 125 psi (8.6 bar), and maximum temperature is 140°F (60°C).
K53 VALVES
The K53 Series incorporates the critical features of the K52 Series and improves performance. A double o-ring design on the shaft eliminates the possibility of contamination of the process and control fluids. The K53 cap on the valve now threads directly onto the body, making assembly and disassembly for service much simpler. K53 valves have a high lift poppet design for flow capabilities at least 20% greater than the K52 Series. Body sizes available are 1-inch, 1-1/2-inch, 2-inch, and 3-inch. Maximum working pressure is 125 psi (8.6 bar), and maximum temperature is 140°F (60°C).
K55 VALVES
The K55 Series is a diaphragm-operated isolated bonnet valve designed to protect the operating diaphragm from abnormal deterioration caused by leaking corrosive fluid from the process line into the control area. The body and caps are molded of black glass reinforced Noryl thermoplastic resin. Seals are ethylene propylene and diaphragm is Buna-N. K55 valves are available in pipe sizes 1/2-inch, 1-inch, and 1-1/2-inch. These valves are rated to a maximum of 125 psi (8.6 bar) and maximum temperature of 140°F (60°C).
V42 VALVES
V42 Series are diaphragm-operated, two-way valves with cast iron body and cap. Internal metal parts are brass and stainless steel. Rubber components are Buna-N. Build-to-order valves range in size from 3/4-inch to 6-inch. Normal cycle life is a minimum of 50,000 cycles. Options available include brass body and cap, fluorocarbon diaphragm and seals, limit stop, position indicator, and more. Valves are rated to a maximum working pressure of 125 psi (8.6 bar) and maximum temperature of 150°F (65°C).
V46 VALVES
The V46 Series is similar to the V42 Series in operation. Valve body, caps, and internal metal parts are made out of 316 stainless steel alloy and are passivated for maximum corrosion resistance. Standard seals are Buna rubber and optionally EP or FKM seals are available for high temperature service. Diaphragms are available in Buna N material (standard) or FKM for high temperature service. Valves are available in pipe sizes 1-inch, 1-1/2-inch, and 2-inch, in threaded and flanged end connections. Maximum working pressure on the threaded valves is 250 psi (17 bar) and on flanged valves 150 psi (10.3 bar). Maximum temperature is 250°F (120°C).
