SWT Brine Pickup with Air Check
SWT Brine Pickups with Air Check prevent drawing air to add reliability and security to water treatment systems. During a power outage, the main control valve can freeze in “brine draw” mode. This condition will result in air being drawn when the brine tank empties. SWT brine pickups prevent this costly result because each brine pickup is equipped with a check to close the path from the brine tank.
Features Include:
• Requires no electrical power to operate
• All components operate hydraulically
• All components are compatible with saturated brine solution
• Tested for operation and leakage at the factory prior to shipment
• Maximum operating temperature: 140°F (60°C)
• 3/8 thru 1 inch brine pickups fit 4 inch brine wells
1-1/4 inch brine pickups fit 5 inch brine wells
• 48 inch overall length standard (available in any overall length)
