SWT 100% PP Membrane Cartridges
For a wide variety of general process applications — from fluids clarification to general prefiltration — SWT has developed the 100% Polypropylene Absolute Cartridge product line.
SWT’s 100% Polypropylene (PP) Membrane Cartridges are fabricated using high dirt-loading, random fiber polypropylene depth media that provides consistent particle retention. Longer filtration life reduces cartridge purchases, downtime due to change-outs, and disposal costs. SWT’s 100% Polypropylene Membrane Cartridges lead in overall reduction of filtration costs when compared to spun-bonded, string wound, and normally-rated pleated prefilter cartridges.

Fabrication using strictly virgin polypropylene components combined with thermal bonding results in excellent chemical compatibility, thermal stability, and low cartridge extractables. SWT’s 100% Polypropylene Membrane Cartridges are manufactured in a controlled environment and are bulk packaged to reduce material disposal costs.
