OXidation filtration variation
Filter-Ox is the American-made equivalent of GreensandPlus (GS+). Same as GS+, Filter-Ox is an engineered media that utilizes a super high purity manganese dioxide coating bonded to a durable, lightweight silica substrate. However, Filter-Ox is made with 12.5% manganese dioxide content—more than twice the active ingredients of GS+. Filter-Ox is lighter in weight which results in slightly easier backwashing. And Filter-Ox is more economical too. |
