(PVC) Rust Proof and Corrosion Resistant
FLO-CONTROLET is completely rust proof and corrosion resistant. Field of application is much wider than with metal controllers. Ideally suited for use on commercial/industrial water treatment equipment, irrigation systems, cooling towers and many other applications where a constant flow rate is required and variable pressures are encountered. They are low in cost and easy to install, requiring no adjustment or maintenance. Completely tamperproof, yet easily altered in the field if increases or decreases in flow rate are desired.

Sizes range from 1/2 inch to 6 inch including threaded, plain end, and flanged models. Flow capacities are available in increments of 1 gpm from 5 through 540 gpm using BUNA (N) control inserts (Table B), and in various flow rates from 0.25 through 3.5 gpm (Table A), and 12, 15, and 20 gpm (Table C). All models are capable of modification through simple substitution of different rated control inserts.

The disc is a space saver and money saver, ideal to use where space is limited and/or cost is paramount. Sizes range from 2 inch to 6 inch with flow rates from 35 gpm to 540 gpm. |

(STEEL) Extra Heavy Construction
For that rugged duty application, Flo-Controlet is constructed with an extra heavy galvanized steel housing which allows for drilling and tapping for control pilot drains, instrumentation, etc. They are low in cost and easy to install, requiring no adjustment or maintenance. Completely tamperproof, yet easily altered in the field if increases or decreases in flow rate are desired.

APPLICATION INFORMATION - IMPORTANT
These flow controllers are designed for liquids similar in viscosity to water. All applications should be tested for flow characteristics and chemical compatibility to insure desired results. Swelling of the individual control inserts in certain liquids will result in loss of flow rate accuracy.
ONE YEAR WARRANTY
All Flo-Controlet controllers are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Our liability is limited solely to the replacement of defective merchandise.
Ordering Information
PVC model Flo-Controlet is available in threaded, plain end, flanged and disc configuration.
Steel and brass model Flo-Controlet are available in threaded only.
To select the flow controller you need, consult the table below and choose the model according to the desired diameter and flow rate. Find this model number on the accompanying price list according to the prefix: TH for threaded, PE for plain end, FL for flanged or ST for steel, BR1 or BR2 for brass. Include this prefix when ordering a flow controller.
Example 1: If you want a 2" diameter PVC threaded controller, flow rate 45 gpm, specify Model TH-200-7 45 gpm.
Example 2: For a flow controller 3" diameter PVC plain end controller with a flow rate of 90 gpm, specify Model PE-300-14 90 gpm.

You do not have to specify the number of inserts. The factory will install the correct size and number to give the flow rate you specify. Keep in mind that the flow rate for 3/4" through 6" flow controllers with flow rates from 5-540 gpm are in one gpm increments; see Table B. The 1/2" and 3/4" flow controllers for flow rates from 0.25 to 3.5 gpm are as indicated in Table A. Model No. 100-1C is available in three flow rates 12,15, and 20 gpm. See Table C.
