A100 Series Stager Controls combine an AquaMatic stager with an Autotrol timer, mounted and prewired in a NEMA enclosure.
The AquaMatic stager is a rotary pilot valve with multiple ports for directing fluid flows to operate various diaphragm valves installed in a process system. AquaMatic stager internal parts are constructed of durable, noncorroding, self-lubricating material for long, maintenance-free life. A100 controls have an integral time clock which is programmed to begin the regeneration process. Cycle times are programmable to accommodate a wide range of filter and softener applications.

Standard Features

  • Homing operation — The stager returns to service whenever the timer is in the service position.
  • NEMA 1 enclosure — NEMA 4 and NEMA 4XFG are also available.
  • 115VAC 60Hz, 230VAC 50/60Hz, and 24VAC 50Hz available.
  • Choice of 6-day or 7-day timer.
  • Maximum of 10 cycles programmable in 3 minute increments.
  • 102 minutes available.
