SWT’s Top & Bottom Mount Distributor Systems are manufactured of solid PVC bar stock and schedule 80 PVC pipe to insure maximum reliability in the field. They are designed for FRP molded tanks with 4 inch No. 8 top- threaded, and 6 inch No. 8 bottom-threaded openings, but can also be modified to fit tanks of other manufacturers.
  • Maximum Operating Temp: 140ºF (60ºC)
  • Maximum Operating Pressure: 150 PSI
  • DP @ 5 Ft/Sec. Velocity < 3 PSI
  • Materials: PVC, ABS, & Buna-N
  • Standard Slot Width: 0.010 inches (0.254mm)
  • Perfect for Water Softeners, Carbon Filters, Multimedia Filters, and D.I.

The upper diffuser can be slotted instead of drilled for an additional cost. Please specify with a “-S” when ordering.
SWT’s distributors are available in plastics other than PVC, including CPVC, polypropylene, teflon, and PVDF.
