Safe Water Technologies' Commercial Sediment Filters are built utilizing SWT's FilterEase™ Filter Media. These filters are designed to remove ferric iron, silt, and turbidity. Sediment filtration down to the 10 - 20 micron level is common. Plus, SWT takes care of the little extras such as: machined PVC distribution systems, bolted on bases for ease of carrying, anthracite under-bedding for less channeling.

  • All international voltages available
  • 50% less water required for backwashing than sand filters
  • Nominal 20 micron (or better) filtration
  • 10 year warranty on tank
  • Rust proof fiberglass tanks feature 150 PSI operating pressure
  • Energy efficient controller uses less than $2.00 of electricity per year

1.5 inch systems have a 2 inch inlet/outlet option available.
1.5 inch to 2 inch systems have a no-unfiltered-water bypass option available.

Operating temperature: 36 to 120ºF (2 to 48.9ºC)
All pressure vessels are wound fiberglass, reinforced polyethylene, and are NSF® listed.

Safe Water Technologies' Commercial Sediment Filters are built utilizing SWT's FilterEase-HD™ Filter Media. These filters are designed to remove ferric iron, silt, & turbidity. The new higher density FilterEase-HD allows vigorous backwashing. Higher backwash rates (if available) are desired for cleaning iron and silt from the filter bed. Sediment filtration down to the 10 - 20 micron level is common. Plus, SWT takes care of the little extras such as: machined PVC distribution systems, bolted on bases for ease of carrying, gravel under-bedding for less channeling.

  • All international voltages available
  • 50% less water required for backwashing than sand filters
